Best Time to Visit
Nakapiripirit enjoys a tropical savanna climate with warm temperatures year-round. The primary dry seasons from December to February and June to August offer the best road conditions and clearest weather for tracking wildlife or trekking Mount Kadam.

Located about 94 km south of Moroto along the Mbale–Moroto highway. Accessible by public transport, private hire, or self-drive — approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from Moroto town, 130 km northeast of Mbale, or roughly 350 km northeast of Kampala.
